Counselling & Psychotherapy. Online Services Provided By A BACP Accredited Therapist

Welcome To My Website

* Are there issues affecting you that you would like to discuss in confidence?

* Could you benefit from a regular time and space in which to explore your thoughts and feelings?

* Maybe you are looking for an opportunity to reflect, contemplating choices and ways forward?

My name is Felicity Runchman and I have been a practising counsellor/psychotherapist for the past 17 years. I am committed to providing a professional service to my clients in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. Bereavement counselling is an area of specialisation and interest for me - as is promoting resilience and helping clients deal with various types of stress, particularly international workers living in remote or challenging contexts. I also have experience in working with trauma (including vicarious trauma) and assisting clients through the process of dealing with unexpected, difficult or disturbing life-events. Having undertaken specialised training in online counselling, I offer predominately online services, so am open to working with clients based in different countries (with the exception of the USA and Canada) or with clients whose jobs or lifestyles require them to frequently change locations.

I work with individuals on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, enabling them to explore their lives with a view to living more fully. Helping people to acknowledge their feelings, understand themselves better and make constructive changes is what I see as central to my work.

In the past, I have gained experience in helping clients with:

Stress
Relationships
Bereavement/Loss
Depression
Low self-esteem
Sexual identity
Crisis of faith
Trauma
Redundancy
Work-life balance

However, this list is not exhaustive or exclusive to the issues I am willing to work with. The difficulties life presents us with can be hard to compartmentalise and, as a counsellor/psychotherapist, I welcome working with new client concerns.
